PROJECT SCOPE

Pointe Vista is a premier, master-planned development and resort community with year-round, top-of-the-line amenities that cater to active lifestyles.

 

After all 11 phases of development are completed, the project will be a robust tourist attraction. Plans are underway for a waterfront town center, convention center, entertainment complex, Caribbean Bay, water park, golf course, 900-slip marina, restaurants, waterfront housing and three destination resort hotels.

 

Our primary market is regional-destination tourists who are interested in purchasing a second vacation home. However, the versatile development will also appeal to primary home buyers.

 

Our secondary goal is to capture regional-destination, resort-convention business in Oklahoma and north Texas by offering an array of amenities that are unavailable at other resorts.​
